Using our intense passion for coffee, especially espresso, we can also provide advice on equipment, coffees, customer service, drink building, improving profits, and practical training requirements. Our service can be tailored to your individual needs, and can be provided to a wide range of customers.........from equipment manufacturers who provide training as part of their installation package, to coffee suppliers, hotels groups,

Barista Skills Training

This is the main focus of the course. This section covers everything you need to know to produce the perfect drink, time after time. From understanding your machine, to the skill of producing the perfect espresso, to heating and foaming milk techniques. Practical hands on training with lots of time for trainees to practise. The section also covers the role and responsibilities of a Barista, including on-going training and train the trainer.

The History And Cultivation Of Coffee

As one of the oldest beverages known to man, this section takes you on a fascinating journey from when coffee was first discovered well over a thousand years ago, to the modern day, where it is now the second most traded commodity in the world! Covering the history and development of growing coffee to the history of drinking coffee, a captivating experience that sets the scene for the rest of the day.

The Importance Of Roasting & Grinding

Covering the differences that roasting makes to the final drink in the cup, to knowing and appreciating taste, flavour and aroma and how the way the beans are ground is crucial to producing the perfect cup of coffee. This section also covers decaffeinated coffee, and looks at coffee storage.
